Campaign Manager

The Vision Campaign Manager (CM) is a convenient system for providing two-way SMS communication with customers, as well as providing a simple mechanism for sending SMS and MMS1 to groups of contacts.

The Vision CM allows you to create SMS campaigns that can send automated responses to customers. The responses that are sent may be SMS, MMS, or WAP Push SMS2 to content. Additionally, any campaign can be set up to provide a text to win competition facility were customers are sent a Premium Rate, Reverse Bill SMS3 for each entry they send in. This facility can generate immediate revenue for your company.

The Vision CM also provides a means to manage contacts and groups. Within this facility, you can create or upload contacts and groups. Messages may then be sent to contacts or entire groups.

1A Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) allows content, such as images, audio/video clips and graphics, to be pushed to a mobile Phone.
2A WAP Push is a service message, which, when activated on the customer's mobile phone, will connect their WAP browser to your WAP site.
3A Reverse Bill SMS is a message that is sent to the customer's mobile phone, for which they are billed at a fixed rate.
